This Privacy Policy explains how RefineryX Architecture & Construction (“RFNRX”, “we”, “us”), Harbiye Mahallesi, Zerrin Sokak, No:1/11, Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye · info@rfnrx.com processes personal data in its capacity as data controller under the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation.
Data we collect
Contact and enquiry data you provide through our meeting-request and contact forms: your email address and mobile telephone number, and any details you include in your message.
Newsletter data: your email address, if you subscribe.
Technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to operate the website.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process personal data to respond to your enquiries and arrange meetings, to provide and manage our architecture and construction services, to send communications you request, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Our legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK include your explicit consent (for the newsletter), the establishment or performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers who host the website and deliver our communications, and with public authorities where required by law.
Some providers may be located outside Türkiye. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK, including your explicit consent or the required safeguards.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information and access, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to object to results arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
